Our dedicated team closely monitors each vessel's supply schedule, proactively sending timely reminders to ensure their upcoming supply needs are met. To enhance supply logistics and cost-effectiveness, we strongly encourage vessels to keep us informed of their itineraries.
Upon receiving requisitions from vessels, our state-of-the-art application software, CMS (Catering Management System), efficiently processes the requests. These requests are swiftly converted into Requests for Quotations (RFQs), which are then dispatched to our extensive network of suppliers.
Quotations received from suppliers undergo thorough evaluation within the CMS system before being submitted to the vessel for approval.
Purchase orders are issued to selected suppliers from the vessel's approved list, with detailed supplier information promptly communicated to the vessel.

We acquire delivery notes from the vessel, signed and stamped, to streamline supplier payment processing and to ensure the vessel's inventory status is accurately updated in our CMS platform.
Supply reconciliation and updating of the vessel's stock will be managed by our team. Vessels are only responsible for inputting the Rest On Board (ROB) figures at the end of each month.
Calculating the inventory for the following month entails adding the ROB from the previous month to any supplies received during the current month to ascertain the total stock.
Progress Reports for Client
We prioritize transparency in our operations, promoting open communication and trust between our clients and vessels to bolster the effectiveness of our partnerships. Using the Rest On Board (ROB) and meal reports, we assess the vessel's monthly victualling status.
