Stock Management

We collect signed and stamped delivery notes from the vessel to streamline supplier payment processing and update the vessel's inventory status within our CMS platform.
Supply reconciliation and inventory updates will be managed by our team. Vessels are only responsible for inputting the Rest On Board (ROB) figures at the end of each month.
Calculating the inventory for the following month entails summing the ROB from the previous month and any supplies received during the current month to determine the total stock.
